Privacy policy
We collect as little data as possible and use it only for what it was given for.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
Who processes the data
The data controller is Natural Choice Foundation — a non-profit legal entity carrying out public-benefit activity, company ID 205769015, with its seat and correspondence address given on the Contact page.
For any question about your personal data, write to the foundation's email address on the Contact page.
What data we collect
When you write to us through the enquiry form: your name, email address and the content of your message. Those are the only fields — we do not ask for an address, an identity number or anything else we do not need in order to reply.
When you email or call us directly: whatever you choose to tell us.
The site is static. It sets no tracking cookies, uses no advertising systems and builds no visitor profile.
Why we process it and on what basis
The only purpose is to answer your enquiry and, if it goes that far, to continue the correspondence about it. The basis is your consent, given by the checkbox in the form, together with our legitimate interest in answering questions addressed to us.
We do not use your data for newsletters, advertising or any other communication you have not signed up for.
Who has access
Messages from the form arrive as email in the foundation's working inbox and are read only by the team members who handle the subject.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare and the inbox sits with the foundation's email provider. They process the data only as our service providers and under contract. We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
Data is given to a public authority only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Correspondence about an enquiry is kept until the conversation ends and for up to 12 months after that, so that we can pick up the context if you write again. It is then deleted.
If an enquiry turns into a contract or project documentation, the statutory retention periods apply to those documents.
Technical notes about the site
The hosting server keeps ordinary technical records (IP address, request time, browser type) for security and abuse detection. These records are kept briefly and are not used to analyse visitor behaviour.
The form contains a hidden field that people never see — it exists solely to filter out automated submissions from bots.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to ask for it to be corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object to it and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
Write to the email address on the Contact page — we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been breached, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia 1592.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle data changes, we update this text and the date above it. Meaningful changes are also noted on the Contact page.
